Hey, could you please help me? I keep getting stuttering in games. Sometimes the game drops from 60 FPS down to about 50-55. This happens even when the settings are set for high frames per second. It started happening after I changed my motherboard and CPU about eight months ago. Before that, I had an MSI B550 Torpedo and a Ryzen 5600 processor. My PC specs are like this: Motherboard is a B550 AORUS ELITE V2, the CPU is a Ryzen 5600, the GPU is an RTX 3070, I have four sticks of RAM at 8GB each (two new ones and two old ones), the power supply is a be quiet 750W. Here is what I'm playing in most games: https://imgur.com/a/8XQ91qt What about me trying? I tried using just two stick of ram because someone said to do that, but it didn't fix my problem. I also checked if my GPU drivers were updated or if they were too old (using a tool called DDU). I turned off all background apps like Wallpaper Engine and Discord, turned off the Nvidia overlay, and even wiped and reinstalled the BIOS fresh. I just turn on XMP settings in Windows. I am really frustrated so far and hope you can help me out.

look at how well the CPU and GPU are doing by running a test and seeing their real clock speeds, plus check if they get too hot.
