I don't know alot about PC gaming, but. Does anyone know why am i getting such low frames especially when it comes to a simple game like CSGO. Is it my PC is outdated or could it be something else?
My spec's:
AMD phenom™ ll X4 processor 3.67ghz
AMD Radeon HD 6900 series graphics card
16.0 GB RAM
Msi 970 gaming (ms-7693) motherboard

The text describes a computer system that is outdated for modern gaming. It details components released in 2010 and 2010 respectively, along with a graphics card from around the same time period. The speaker expresses disappointment about its inability to handle current-day games.

Here’s a rewritten version of the text:

“The system is outdated and not powerful enough for modern gaming. It consists of components released in 2010, including a processor and graphics card, which were cutting edge at the time but are now insufficient for running contemporary video games.”

You should be at much more than 20fps in CSGO, that is a pretty old engine, it came out in 2012 and can run on some pretty low spec hardware.
Question is, has this always happened? The hardware is pretty old, so did issue just start or did you just live with it for years this way?
Did you try a clean Windows setup with new driver setup?
