Hello, basically, my Ethernet port just stops reading any ethernet cables. The lights aren't on, so the connection doesn't exist at all. This first happened back in November (maybe because of a power outage, but I can't tell), and restarting my PC brought it back to normal. But on January 9th, the problem came back again. At first, I thought the cable was broken. So I tried a new cable with another device, and everything worked fine. It had to be something wrong on my PC. So I bought a USB-to-LAN adapter. But using this one, it shows as an unidentified network with no internet. The light turns on, but nothing connects at all to my PC. I tried it on another device, and everything works just okay. Out of nowhere, I asked a friend for help; he was the technician from my group of friends. He tried booting Linux there. Surprisingly, the cable works on Linux. When we switched back to Windows, the connection stayed alive and kicking up until today, where everything goes back to sucking. I reinstalled windows, but the problem is still there. I am using a Ryzen 3 1200 quad-core with an Nvidia 1050ti, 8Gb RAM, on an A320M-HDV ASRock Mobo. What should I do?

I use a TP-Link Archer C20 router with AC 750 wireless dual band, along with a ZTE F609 modem to connect everything.
