It seems like you're asking about a question or statement that suggests there should be an explanation. Would you like me to clarify or expand on it?

What is happening? It's entirely within your control. You don't need to upgrade. Tap on "Stay on Windows 10."

The typo I was thinking of is "WOS" instead of "WOSP".

Ah, now I see the point. I've never noticed anyone opting for WOS over just Win10 or Win11.
🙄
Win11 is unavoidable on systems that support it due to two main factors...
Win10 will reach its end-of-life in October 2025, after which you'll need to pay for updates.
Windows, both versions 10 and 11, are owned by Microsoft—not yours. You only pay for the license to use them. The EULA you agree to at installation obliges you to accept all updates from Microsoft, as they are their product. Switching from a capable platform to Win11 is essentially an update that must be installed.

Searching for WOS directed me to watchOS and Words of Solomon.
Not Windows.
The usual short term would be Win10 and Win11.
You might postpone upgrading to Win 11 if you wish.
It will keep pushing you, though.
Keep in mind, Win 10 ends support in October 2025.
