This could be an unusual question for me. I'm playing cyberpunk 2077 on my setup:
1080ti with 8GB RAM,
16GB memory
i5-8th generation processor
DELL 27" monitor at 144hz, 1440p resolution, also playing cyberpunk in 1440p.
I maintain a steady 70-80 fps, but it still feels very slow. I looked up terms like micro stuttering and wasn't sure if that matches what I'm experiencing.
Some users suggested disabling v-sync, which I did, but it didn't help much.
What exactly is the problem and how can I fix it?

Hi, I'm not used to being funny, but I think you're extremely lucky. You're seeing 70-80 fps, while many people complain about cyberpunk performances at just 30 fps or lower. Some users even mentioned 10 fps, which really shows how setup affects the experience. It's not just about your own setup—it's about the game itself.

Lowering the frame rate below hz usually causes lag. Gsync or freesync will align your hz with your fps for smoother gameplay. If you don’t have either, reducing your hz to 60 should work.

I have a G sync monitor. Could something be wrong there?
Or should I configure the vsync to 60hz in the game settings?

I’d like to give the Cyberpunks a shot to check if I can run it. 5700xt and more compatible with NVIDIA. I don’t want to update drivers, but it seems like a must for this.
Looking at videos looks fine. There’s a lot of hype around this title.
