DDR4 is strong enough to handle around 1.6 volts, so even going up to 1.4 volts won't cause any harm.

Try putting 1.4 volts in, or check the battery's state-of-charge voltage at 1.1 volts. You won't hurt anything if you do that. If everything works fine (it is OK), just leave it as is. But if something goes wrong (it is NOK), then we need to figure out what caused the problem because I don't know exactly why yet.
