Here is a quick summary of the issue:
This happened recently, so it's hard for me to get some app directories because apps can only pull them from this specific window. I am running Windows 11 Pro version 10.0.22621 Build 22621.

I tried adding some environment variables on my Windows machine, but it looks exactly the same for both Windows itself and other programs that use them.
