Why are my cpu idles temps so bad???

Attached is the hardware reference image for additional details on operating voltages and other specifications. The stock cooler is installed, and the fan is running. Model: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X. Thanks!

I'm not playing games; I just use Chrome, Spotify, and Instagram. Currently, my CPU usage is low at 3% according to Task Manager, and my temperatures are around 60°C.

The case sidepanels are open and the cpu fan is close to my closet but it has like a 4cm gap for air so its not at all chocking.

It's not a matter of a case issue; I might attempt to apply thermal paste and reinstall the cooler.

A 4cm space would provide sufficient airflow when both side panels are removed.
