When I first powered on the PC, it initially got stuck in American megatrends after pressing the Y key, which took me out of the system and into the BIOS. The issue was very distorted, making it hard to fix. I managed to run the OS (Windows 11) and downloaded all the drivers, tried clearing the CMOS, and changed the RAM, but nothing worked. I was very careful while building the PC and double-checked everything.

The bios is independent of any pre-software setup, meaning Windows isn't involved. At this stage, ensure your monitor is connected to either the motherboard video output or the Arc B580 output. The motherboard output should function correctly; you might need to switch between them depending on what you're accessing. Additionally, consider disconnecting all drives so only the motherboard and bios are available for video output, eliminating any software conflicts.

The motherboard output isn't functioning properly. There are no integrated graphics; it connects directly to the GPU. The BIOS settings were consistent from the beginning, even before installing an operating system.
