I recently upgraded my PC to an i9 13900k, a Mag Tamahawk motherboard, a GeForce RTX 4080, a 1200x PSU, two 16 GB RAM sticks, and a 1 TB SSD. I’ve only installed Rust and Discord, but when I play or open one app, it just closes. After many attempts, I’ve uninstalled everything, wiped the PC, and reinstalled Windows with updated drivers. I’ve tried numerous fixes and still can’t resolve the issue. I’ve sent all my components back for testing, and they’re functioning properly. I’m reaching out for any suggestions anyone might have. I’ve been troubleshooting this for weeks and haven’t found a solution. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Where did you obtain the installer for the OS? Which operating system are you using?
Updated all drivers
Did you install the OS without internet access, manually adding each necessary driver in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator?
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide detailed system specifications. Please list them clearly:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
RAM:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time?
