I have two 8g sticks of DDR5 RAM in my Intel MAG Z690 Tomahawk WIFI, and I was curious why one functions while the other doesn't. I tested inserting them individually and both worked. I adjusted the SA voltage to 1.100v from .967v in BIOS, but it didn't resolve the issue. My system specs are: CPU - Intel i7 12700KF, GPU - INVIDIA 3060Ti, RAM - Kingston Fury BEAST DDR5, Power - Bronze CX650m M2, SATA - 1T storage.

Is your system using the newest BIOS? The most recent release came on November 22, 2011, and included a fix for a memory compatibility problem.

They are from the same kit or purchased individually?

You're positioning them in the second and fourth slots next to the CPU socket.

I store them in a2 and b2 folders, yet one RAM stick functions in a2 or b2. When both are placed together, it triggers an orange flash from the DRAM and a red flash from the CPU.
