The game title indicated that I’m experiencing inconsistent frame rates in Fortnite, and numerous structures appear distorted and amorphous. My system consists of a GTX 1070 Ti paired with an i5 3570k running at an overclocked speed of 4.0 GHz. To provide additional context, I play the game with all settings minimized, using a 144 Hz monitor where my refresh rate is set to 144, and my graphics card drivers are the latest version. I’m puzzled by this inability to achieve stable frame performance.

Has the screen connected to the graphics card? It's frequently incorrectly linked to the motherboard. Are you using the newest software from Nvidia? Experiment with elevated graphics options and observe if your frame rate fluctuates. Your processor could be limiting performance. Reducing visual settings will simply increase load on the CPU.

Yeah, the monitor is hooked up to the GPU, and higher settings don't really have an effect the buildings still look unrendered. Also, when I'm on the island my game is fine but as I land onto the BR map my frames go down.
