I have a motherboard called Z77 Pro 4 and it wants me to go up to 2800MHz but my BIOS only lets me run at max 2133MHz. I need help figuring out how to "unlock" the settings so I can get the higher speed. My BIOS version is P1.80.

My computer has an old 8GB piece of memory, but back in 2012 it was totally new and I didn't even use it then.
