Why am I hitting the power limit so early?

I have a gtx 1070ti and a 9700k. During time spy tests, it sometimes crashes, which I think happens because I'm hitting the power limit on my GPU. I increased it by 20% using MSI Afterburner, and with a 750w PSU, it shouldn't be a problem? I raised my core clock by 100 and memory clock by 300. At around 50-60°C, I believe I can get more performance from my GPU, but I'm not sure if it's using all its power. People with the same card as me have managed to push higher without crashing. Any advice?

Adjust the core voltage slider to full—configure the power limiter to maximum or 120%—define the temperature limit at 92—program the core clock to 150—set the memory clock to 400—modify the fan curve for quicker cooling. Everything should be ready.

Make sure to adjust the fan settings and lower the volume more noticeably for these configurations. Here is my setup still isn't loud enough.

When reaching the power ceiling, the system will reduce the frequency instead of shutting down.

I don't understand your family's speed curve, but it shouldn't be zero, you're already warming up, mine at idle is 23 degrees Celsius, and on your photo it shows idle at 35 Celsius.
