So here is a tricky one. I recently bought new MouKey bookshelf speakers and a MouKey DAC as a birthday gift. I connected them to my PC and everything was working fine, and they sound great! I played some games and didn't have any issues or at least didn't notice anything for a couple of days. But now that some time has passed, whenever I play any Steam game, there is a constant buzzing sound. It stops when loading screens appear and the pitch changes sometimes depending on which menu screen you are looking at in the game. I've played games on other launchers without any issue, so I think it would have been noticed if this happened right away after buying the speakers. Definitely something that developed over time. Any ideas? And what is it? Why does this only happen with Steam games? My PC specs are: Motherboard Asus B550 ROG Strix CPU Ryzen 7 5800x GPU RTX 3070 FE

Welcome to our forum, new friend! You should check that your motherboard BIOS is up-to-date, look for OS update notifications, and try reinstalling your chipset drivers. Also, tell us what your power supply unit makes and how old it is.

I think my BIOS and operating system are both up to date, but I'm going to check them out again too. I'll also look at reinstalling the chipset. My power supply is an 850-watt EVGA with a gold rating. All of these parts, including the power supply, were bought in mid-August when I built my PC last year.
