Why all the hate for Ubisoft?

Hello, how are you? The name really captures the essence. What fuels the strong dislike for Ubisoft online? Personally, I haven’t played Far Cry 3 or 4, but I’ve enjoyed Assassin’s Creed lately. Why such disdain? Cheers

Incomplete releases remain out for launch, poor tuning using the engine across consoles and PC, UPlay integration missing, and a lack of creative advancement.

I also enjoy FC and AC since some matches had issues on the initial days (something I rarely do).

Releases happened much too soon. Optimization was lacking. Titles were changed to resemble the console versions.
