You're experiencing low frame rates (50-51 FPS) on your GTA 5 desktop. The bottleneck could be the GPU (i5 2500 or R9 380) or your CPU (i5 2500 vs. R9 380). Your specs include 8GB RAM and a 550W power supply.

It looks fairly balanced at 1080p resolution, though I’m unsure about the calculator’s precision. If your CPU is struggling on one or more cores while the GPU isn’t fully utilized during games, you likely have a CPU bottleneck. Edit: Further investigation suggests the CPU is actually restricting performance. Edited April 10, 2021 by Tegneren

It seems both the GPU and memory are likely causing the issue. With 8GB of DDR3 RAM it can quickly become a bottleneck even at 1080p. Use Afterburner to monitor CPU and GPU usage, which should help identify the problem. According to UserBenchmark, the GPU is the probable culprit: https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame/FPS...ax.1080p.0
