I’m trying to figure out a few details about this game. How many ships are available? I understand there are different types, but how many distinct ones can you pick from? What’s the chance of meeting another player? Sean Murray mentioned you’re unlikely to run into anyone, but if everyone wants to reach the center, wouldn’t you expect more activity nearby? The multi-tools function in what way? And can you actually trade with other real players?

I own Star Citizen and play Elite Dangerous. I’ve also enjoyed playing Eve, though I don’t regularly engage with them. I see myself as a space explorer who values a smooth blend of planet discovery and interstellar conflict. One frustration for me has been being targeted by pirates in Eve’s game, which made the experience feel disjointed. The idea that an MMO can still offer meaningful interaction beyond just sharing discoveries resonates with me.

I might, but I'll start by checking PC performance reports first.

I have limited knowledge of the game but might consider purchasing it if reviews are strong, as it aligns with my preference for exploration titles and space themes. If it receives negative feedback, I’ll probably pass on it.

The terrain shifts unexpectedly, resembling the H1Z1-WARZ pattern, which isn't ideal. I prefer a smoother, more Ark-style movement experience.

I await credible feedback before making a choice.

We'll discover more about this as time passes. Feedback is likely to appear on launch day, followed by community discussions over the coming weeks and months. If you're unsure, wait until you're certain. That's my approach. Personally, I'm highly skeptical of this title. It comes from a small studio lacking experience in ambitious projects, so expectations are uncertain. On PC, I anticipate technical glitches and a limited field of view. Given its strong PS4 focus, control problems outside a dual controller would be expected—and it might not even support a keyboard or flight stick. Any of these factors could make this a game better enjoyed via screenshots from others.

It would simply become another title added to my queue. I’ll keep playing the ones I already own until the prices drop.

i'm holding off until everything cools over and I see a proper review of the game. So far, prepatch hasnt been impressive (feel like everything was over hyped).
