I believe the problem was likely due to my headset, especially with Windows 8.1. I used to experience issues then, and after switching to Windows 10, the computer still had BSODs. But recently I switched my headset to a different source and it worked fine without any crashes.

Because the BSODs have become more frequent, my system freezes every time I start up. Now I’m forced to reinstall Windows 10. Although it seems strange to revert back to an older version, I believe going back to a previous Nvidia driver might help stop the BSODs.

The BSODs have become more severe, causing the system to freeze each time I start up. Now I’m forced to reinstall Windows 10. I understand it might seem strange to revert back to an older version, but I believe going back to a previous Nvidia driver could help stop the crashes. Have you tried adjusting the default BIOS settings?

Although it seems counterintuitive to revert to an older version instead of going back to Windows 8.1, I believe updating the Nvidia driver might resolve the problem. Have you tried resetting the default BIOS settings or something similar? Yes, I attempted that, but it didn’t help. I think I fixed the issue—recently the Nvidia driver was the culprit. At the time of reinstalling Windows, I blocked GeForce Experience from updating to the latest drive, but now it’s using 353.54 instead of .62. So far everything seems fine, though I’m not entirely confident.

Sure, I'm checking if you're running 353.54 on Windows 10 now.

It seems you're checking if 353.54 is working on your Windows 10 version.
I'm also going to try War Thunder to see if that resolved the issue.

Sure, I might consider easing up on those drivers too, since I had to reduce my GPU clocks a lot with these new ones. It's not clear if it's just Win 10 or the drivers that made a difference.

Ahhh, some good ol' war thunder... that's still one of my favorites.

Reaper_7799 is considering adjusting the drivers and might be testing their performance with the new ones. It seems the changes affected both Windows 10 and the drivers, which is causing some GPU stress. This game still holds a special place for him.

Reaper_7799 is considering adjusting the drivers again, possibly due to the recent changes with the new ones. It seems the GPU driver problem is likely the main issue. So far, there have been no crashes today.

TechyInAZ is considering adjusting settings further due to recent driver changes, though they're still hopeful the performance remains stable.
