I built a PC for my friend about six months ago. After a power problem at his home, it stopped working. We replaced or returned the PSU, motherboard, GPU, SSD, and RAM. Now we’re facing a white VGA light with no BIOS flash and no boot. The CPU seems to be running fine—it worked on another machine. I’ve booted from various screens, disconnected the graphics card, used internal graphics, tested every PCIe slot, flashed or reset the BIOS, but nothing works. I’m running out of ideas and want to confirm if it’s a CPU issue before assuming anything else.
