Details: 4060 PSU, MPG A650GF CPU, 14700KF MB, MSI Z690-P DDR4 RAM, 2x16 SSD (M.2 + SATA), one each. Cooled with SE cooler. Recently CPU failed and was replaced. New CPU installed but PC won't boot—white VGA LED appears on power-up. GPU starts when power button is pressed together with CPU cooler and fans. Monitor shows no signal. Experiments tried: reinstalling GPU 5 times, checking PSU cables, resetting CMOS, turning on without SSDs, using both HDMI and display port cables. Still no solution found.
It seems you've already experimented with several options! Did the CPU fail completely? It's unlikely, though RAM is generally more prone to issues. Using 14700KF on an MSI Z690-P DDR4 might require a BIOS update—check recent user reports for guidance. You're using DDR4 memory, which is standard.
The DDR4 DRAM LED remains off, and checking each RAM stick separately didn’t resolve the issue.
