Hello, I recently assembled a PC with the following components: 4070 ASUS DUAL 32GB of vengeance DSR5 6000MHZ (2x16) Ryzen 7 7700X MSI MPG B650 CARBON WIFI 1TB, Lexar NVMe M.2 cooler master v750 gold, and a PC building with more than enough power. I’ve noticed it stutters during boot, white lines appear, and sometimes it crashes at around 30 FPS. The Event Viewer shows an EVENT ID of 41 related to task category 63. I suspect the issue might be linked to power delivery or GPU connection, possibly due to the 6+2 PCIe power connector you used. Please let me know if you need assistance resolving this before further damage occurs.

Remove GPU, start with built-in graphics and check for any stuttering. Try a system with just one RAM stick to observe the performance impact.

Also remove the BIOS CMOS battery and reinstall it after two minutes. It might be related to the RAM XMP profile. There could be several causes for this issue.

I've been using the computer regularly each day until today. The timing of this began gradually. A video could provide additional insights.
