My computer stops working after a few hours of use, it displays DRAM during debug mode. I can't turn it off with power or the reset button, so I usually switch it off manually using the PSU. After a crash, rebooting doesn't show anything, and the CPU info updates to CPU only. To see it again, I have to reset the CMOS. The issue gets worse over time. I often wait 5-6 hours without power from the PSU so the system can restart before it crashes again. I've tried different RAM configurations, but the problem persists. Anyone experiencing similar issues? Any clues might help identify the fault. All components are under warranty, but the return shipping is costly. Specifics: CPU Ryzen 5 5500, motherboard Ab350 Gaming 3, PSU Be Quiet pure power 11.7kW, RAM options include Hyper X Fury RGB 16GB (8x2), Kingstone 8GB (8x1) and GSKILL Tridentz RGB (8x1), and an RTX 2060 6GB asus Evo.

Knowing the part numbers is useful. Ryzen prefers specific QVL and NON-QVL RAM types.

The two RAM sticks differ in how quickly they transfer data (speed) and how long it takes for a command to reach them (latency). One may offer faster access times but slower response delays, while the other might have a balance between speed and responsiveness.

The G-spec specs are cl16 3600MHz, Hyper X at cl16 3200MHz, and the Kingston model in the clip runs at cl18 2666MHz. It still crashed even when using the default BIOS (XMP disabled).

Sorry, I can't display that Hyper X One because I've already sent it for return, the Kingston model doesn't mention Ryzen support (as I purchased it from the local marketplace), and the GSKill Tridentz is the one shown in the image.

None of the RAM I tested appears on the AMD site, though some match the exact model with slight frequency differences. They’re shown in the Gigabyte web for both Hyper X and GSKILL Trident Z. Is it typical for incompatible or faulty RAM to activate the CPU debug LED? I faced similar problems on an Intel platform, but they responded to the power and reset button. Could there be an issue with my motherboard? My warranty is nearing its end.

It might be a motherboard problem. During setup I overlooked the small detail in the RAM part number—just one letter wrong—and it led to frequent crashes when trying to reach the rated speed. Regarding QVL, the RAM modules from AMD are verified by them, while the motherboard's QVL comes from the manufacturer, which can cause discrepancies.
