About a week ago, while playing games, everything froze unexpectedly and the mouse cursor showed up on the screen. What should I do? I recently updated the GPU driver but it didn’t help. 😩

Cpu runs at 5 GHz, RAM is 16GB, GPU is GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition, SSD is Samsung EVO 860 1TB, operating system is Windows 10.
