Hey guys,
Apologies if this has been asked before—I checked online and in forums, but I couldn’t find the exact detail you were looking for. From what I understand, using any of the available XMP profiles should essentially do the same thing; the choice doesn’t matter unless the OC is unstable, in which case switching profiles might help. I also remember hearing about manually adjusting RAM settings to improve CPU clock speeds, but I’ve never gone that far with RAM optimization. I have a basic understanding of CPU overclocking, but nothing specific about RAM. Could someone confirm this and clarify the differences between the two profiles? Thanks for your help.

Hi NoslenYL
I've always thought it's best to manually adjust the Primary timings and voltage in Bios. You can usually find the SPD information in Bios or under the CPUz SPD info tab, as you're likely aware. I'm not sure why you added that note, but maybe you could ask ASUS. I'll look into it.
