Not every game is currently available for Windows 7, as I was still testing Project Spark during its early stages and couldn’t install it without Windows 8 or 8.1.

According to my view, the top choice for offline gaming remains XP. I’m running it on a PC without internet, and I’m sticking with XP because it supports all the games I want to play. Emulating older systems and DOS titles works well, along with Windows games from every era. The OS doesn’t demand much resources, and its compatibility with classic games keeps it ahead. For online and newer titles, I recommend Windows 7 or 8.1.
