which WIFI Card to buy
which WIFI Card to buy
This presents a challenging decision for me. When I set up my computer, I opted for the TP-Link Archer 1900 Wi-Fi card and was pleased with its performance. However, I still needed to purchase a Bluetooth dongle on top of it. Later, I discovered the Intel Wireless-Ac 9260, which combines an Intel Wi-Fi card with high-speed connectivity and 4.2 Bluetooth, offering better value than my previous card. The main question is whether these premium dedicated cards provide benefits or if I spent too much for a less powerful option. In my experience, my network speed and reliability with the TP-Link card are excellent. I’ve only used budget Intel cards before, without strong results. Now I’m unsure if the Intel Wireless-Ac 9260 is worth it for my next build, especially since a solid connection is crucial to me.
These new Intel cards are compact, fitting into the PCIe slot on the motherboard, and also support Bluetooth. I’ve upgraded my links to a more advanced model.
