I'm working on setting up my gaming rig and have a few concerns. I'm comfortable with Windows 7, but I worry they might phase out support soon. On the other hand, Windows 8 and 10 offer better performance and newer features. Should I stick with Windows 7 or upgrade for improvements? Let me know your thoughts!

It's possible to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7, though the process may vary.

Windows 10 offers a newer experience, but older versions like Windows 7 are still functional. Consider upgrading to a more recent OS later if needed.

You can move up to 10 from 7 or 8. I’ll choose whatever suits you now and switch to 10 once it’s available.

Purchasing Windows 7 grants you a complimentary upgrade to 10, similar to what you'd receive for Windows 8. The decision rests with you.

Check Windows 7 reviews on site 10, and if you're happy proceed to 10.

7 doesn't make sense anymore. 8.1 works much better; if you don't like metro, skip it.
