You just purchased a 5800X for $299. You're considering several RAM options to pair with your Ryzen 5000. Each choice offers different speeds and performance levels, so think about what matters most for your system. The Crucial Ballistix Black CL16 and Kingston Fury Beast RGB provide strong speeds, while the Adata XPG Spectrix D60G is a budget-friendly pick. Weighing speed, compatibility, and value will help you decide which fits best.

The Crucial Ballistix CL16 at 3600MHz should be roughly 5% quicker than the 3200MHz model based on your workload, making it a good choice if it fits within your budget. The 3200MHz and 3600MHz CL16 models perform similarly, so you won’t notice much difference. The CL17 kit likely sits somewhere in between. I’d recommend the faster option if you can spare the extra $25—it probably offers the best overall value.

In reality, the 3600 cl16 kit offers the highest performance, though you might not perceive a significant change compared to other options.

If you're open to creating your own version, the first one is straightforward. These kits work well at 3600CL16, 3800CL16, and often reach 3600CL14 as well.
