In my country the 5600 costs between $5 and $10 less, the 5600 20$ is cheaper by that amount, and the 12 gen i5's seem quite pricey.

Because of the price gap, I can also consider higher-end RAM options. Would you like some recommendations for more affordable alternatives or something in between?
