The Patriot package will use Hynix technology, whereas the G.Skill version relies on Samsung. For DDR5 configurations, select Hynix based kits. If only Patriot and Samsung options exist with comparable pricing, opt for the Patriot kit.

Most kits over 6000 are typically Hynix based, though Patriot may favor Hynix options.

6000mhz cl36 models are typically Samsung, while 6200mhz cl32 or 6000mhz cl30 are commonly Hyundai.

Sure, you won't typically see Samsung B dies above 6000 in the listed kits. Micron's 24Gb die works at those frequencies, but you can usually distinguish them by their unique tRCD characteristics, which the Patriot kit lacks.
