Hi, I just received an ASUS Vivobook X505ZA with soldered 4GB RAM and one S-DIMM port for expansion. I tried the Kingston 4GB DDR4-2400MHZ so-dimm memory (KVR24S17S6/4), but it didn’t work. I’m considering the Crucial 4GB DDR4 2666MHZ single-rank so-dimm option, though I’m unsure if it would fit. Since I’m new to this, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
