The Corsair CX650 is unsuitable for the 2023 version with SKU CP-9020278. The Cooler Master and Seasonic options are similar yet still of low quality. Are there any other alternatives? Should I check the webshop?

I would opt for a higher-end model from Seasonic, similar to the seasonic "focus" series. The CPU doesn't consume much power—around 65w TDP as per AMD. The GPU has a TDP of 250W and a recommended PSU of 600W. 650W should be sufficient.
