I’m inclined to choose the Seasonic version because it’s more affordable and it’s a Seasonic model.
I saw some information about Asus Prime having coil whine during idle. I'm not sure if it's a common issue. ODM CWT is a reputable company, and they make the Corsairs RMX series. Either one would work fine. What I prefer is the Seasonic GX Core white model, which has white cables and doesn't require extra extenders. Haha
I would suggest avoiding cable extensions because they increase the length of the cable, which extends the distance power must travel through the PSU. For full modular PSUs, it's better to use custom-length sleeved cables from your local supplier. I wrap my own cables with MDPC-X, and shorter runs make them look neater while reducing the power's travel distance. The change in length has a minimal impact on PSU performance, but I generally try to maximize efficiency by minimizing unnecessary cable runs.
