Hey, I just got a new PC ready to play some solid games. I'm planning a short gaming session and want to avoid the worst ports instead of dealing with issues. Looking back over the past ten years, which titles were the least optimized (especially those with console versions)? Let me share what I know. For me, GTA IV was really bad—it barely ran at all but looked awful! And Thief? It's a mess, too, with lots of stuttering and not the best visuals.

Recent Ubisoft titles have shown poor optimization, though some performances remain acceptable.

Observe your actions, Ubisoft! You're leading in the wrong rankings.

Observing Watch_Dogs in Max Payne 3 alongside GTA IV Assassins Creed 3 and Dark Souls is understandable given the intense style.

These games offer diverse experiences: Grand Theft Auto IV provides open-world freedom, Dark Souls delivers challenging combat, and Need for Speed focuses on racing excitement.

With my old 560Ti, I could run Max Payne 3 at nearly full resolution and around 300 frames per second.
