It's not a Windows boot problem because even the simple bare minimum test failed to start the fan or show any activity.

I purchased another brand new PSU which led to the same issue. Both PSUs were brand new, so I’m certain the PSU isn’t the problem. Since I was able to re-flash the motherboard without the CPU, RAM, or other components as the board had a button for flashing (as mentioned before), it appeared to stop working when I added the CPU and RAM. In fact, I bought another brand new RAM stick just for testing, but nothing functioned. It seems the CPU might be the cause, given that a dead CPU could prevent the motherboard from functioning properly. Correct me if I’m mistaken. The CPU I have is the Ryzen 5 2600, which I bought in 2021 when I first assembled this PC. Could it be related to what I described? All three motherboards ended up failing in the same way. Thank you for any suggestions.

The only items still missing are a new CPU and most of the others have been replaced. If you purchase a new CPU, can you reuse any of the three failed mobos that haven’t been updated with your current CPU? Or are they no longer available? The two that were rarely used seem to be completely gone. If the current CPU is the reason for the two new mobos not working, could it be that those mobos were already affected by the CPU? If so, would installing a new CPU in those mobos also harm the new CPU?
