Settings at 20 frames per second or lower in game graphics, including window size. Would you like to know which option uses the least energy and helps reduce hardware temperatures? Also, I'm using %1 or maximum brightness on my laptop constantly—does that affect power use? The CPU is capped at 70% performance. Thanks in advance and god bless.

Which one, what? What is the question about? Power plan? I’d say if you have issues, a balanced option would be the best in general. However, it really depends on the hardware and the situation. On a laptop you probably don’t have many choices in the BIOS, so Windows settings tend to be more useful, even though things are improving on laptops lately. It would really help to know exactly what you mean when you ask about which one saves power, etc.
