Check the settings for Threaded Optimization on your GTX 1660 Super. It’s usually enabled by default, but you can turn it off if you prefer better performance or less power usage.

For games using a single core such as CSGO, disable the feature. If your system supports up to eight cores, enable it. Alternatively, set it to auto; some titles activate this setting automatically. If performance issues arise, revert it to disabled and avoid auto-enabling. Let me know if you need further clarification.
