Technically it's the Tomahawk Max. What is your budget and which CPU do you have in mind?

I recommend the Tomahawk MAX over the asRock steel model if you can get the Tomahawk. Avoid the ROG when you have the budget for the Tomahawk or better. For a mid-range CPU like Ryzen 5/7, MSI and Asus are solid options.

these boards can support eight cores, but the Strix offers poor performance. A steel legend features three 50A power stages, allowing a theoretical peak output of 150 watts (it caps at 125A due to heat) and reaches 3700x under load even with an overclock.

The strix B450-F costs significantly more than comparable models, and the steel design often adds extra expense. Tomahawk max remains the sole option among the three that works seamlessly with third-generation Ryzen processors.
