Hi, I'm thinking about building a versatile computer for various tasks like navigation, casual gaming, watching movies, video editing, photo editing, and office work. It should include at least a 1TB SSD and a 24-inch monitor. You've shared two main options: the 8500G vs 693 and the 5600G vs 578. "Active PFC" offers the simplest choice available. It's similar to a car claiming "glass windows." This is the most affordable selection on the page, something I wouldn't ask anyone to pay to have removed from their hands and sent to a recycling facility.
