Budget constraints, platform limitations (AM4), and case size restrictions (160mm maximum height) dictate the optimal choices. The top recommendations include: Thermalright Macho 120 Rev.A, Scythe Mugen 5 Rev.B (+1 Fan), Scythe Ninja 5, be quiet! Dark Rock 4, ID-Cooling SE-207. The processor can sustain stable performance up to 4ghz across all cores, though it throttles significantly under heavy workloads, failing to exceed 87°C on a standard cooler with premium thermal paste during benchmarking in Prime95 Blend. Updated options are Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT, Cryorig H7, Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi, and Cryorig H7 Plus.

Dark Rock 4 is quite solid, though the Scythe Mugen and the Macho might match its strength. The Scythe has a modest fan base, but it still stands out with two fans.

I tried the Dark Rock Pro/4. It has great build quality. I also checked out a few TR4 Noctua coolers.
I haven't come across a cooler build that matches what Beatsy Beats delivers! And Noctua really stands out.
