Which motherboard performs better? I'm checking the VRM heat sinks and other specs for the two you mentioned.

The Aorus seems to offer superior VRM and chipset cooling. It also includes M.2 heatsinks.

I really enjoy the A-Pro series, though mobos can be unpredictable.

Both offer average power supplies. Pick the one that matches your needs, the rest will be similar.

Just checking if the Aorus had better value or wasn't too expensive. I planned to hire a professional, but now I’m choosing it for my Wi-Fi requirements.

You're considering a 65W chip for your X CPU. These typically won't overload VRM circuits, usually staying under 85W even with overclocking. Pick the board that fits your needs best—depending on the CPU choice.

Your setup with the Ryzen 3 3300X and RX 5700X should handle most tasks smoothly. It’s unlikely to become a bottleneck unless you’re doing very demanding work.

It's a modest 3300X, not a top-tier Intel model. Around 15% seems like a reasonable estimate.
