Playing a game similar to Witcher 3 with medium draw distance results in around 40 frames per second, while low draw distance pushes it to 60 FPS. However, everything appears to appear suddenly in front of you. So, which factor matters more?

Both FPS and view distance matter, but in games like Witcher 3, I believe the latter takes priority.

I believe the decision hinges on how crucial it is to view distant objects. If it isn’t essential and the long-range aspect is merely decorative, I’d support disabling it to boost frame rates.
