The H7 offers more value, whereas the Phanteks PH-TC12DX shows a slight improvement.
Links provided: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/CRYO...sal/8.html and https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Phan...2DX/7.html
I would recommend the Cryorig H7 for better value.

I was thinking about getting an aftermarket setup because I'll be using my i5-6600k. Any suggestions under 50$? Which cases are available?

Looking for an aftermarket option because I'll be using my i5-6600k. Any suggestions under 50$? Which case are you carrying? Corsair spec alpha (about 160 mm clearance).

Looking for an aftermarket upgrade since I'll be using my i5-6600k. Any suggestions under 50$? I'm considering the Hyper 212 EVO, or maybe the X, or the Cryorig H7. A lot of folks have picked the H7 because it handles like the EVO and has enough RAM space so your CPU cooler doesn't interfere.

I was also thinking about the Phanteks Ph-TCDX12 with an H7—what do you think?

I’m thinking the Hyper 212 EVO, or maybe the X or Cryorig H7. A lot of users have picked the H7 because it offers similar performance to the Hyper 212 EVO and has enough RAM space so your CPU cooler won’t block it.
I was also thinking about the Phanteks Ph-TCDX12 with an H7 – what do you think?
I’m not sure which one to pick because I don’t have the H7 or the Phanteks model, but the Hyper 212 EVO is popular. A lot of people are recommending the H7 in other discussions.
