I placed my order today on Amazon. I require a GPU that reliably achieves 64K at 60FPS in Microsoft Flight Sim 2024. The Red Devil is the card I’ve always wanted.
I purchased the RTX MSI Ventus for nearly its MSRP of $1398, and the Red Devil is also near its MSRP at $849.

From the feedback, I would choose the 9070xt since its performance matches the others closely.

Thank you for the charts. My main worry about the 5080 is the fire risk from melting cables. Still, I really enjoy the red light on the Red Devil.

Decisions, decisions. I chose the ASUS TUF OC RTX 5080 $1458 from Amazon and ordered the Powercolor Hellhound 9070XT for $780 today. That’s a 50% price drop.
The surprising thing is considering keeping both cards—cards from two years ago are now selling for the same or higher prices.
The ASUS RTX 5080 arrived today, and I installed it in the NZXT H7 Flow 2024. The card is huge. The ASUS TUF looks great, love the design. The 1000W Corsair PSU will be here tomorrow.
I took a few photos of the setup if you’d like to see it. I had some issues uploading the pictures from my PC.

You initially mentioned ordering the Ventus and the Red Devil, but now you indicate you ordered the Tuf and the Hellhound. How many of those cards did you purchase?

Ordered several times but then cancelled often. I'm holding out for GPU price reductions. The Red Devil was initially near $900, then dropped and I decided to go for it. I bought a 9800X3D for $443 from Amazon, which frequently changed its price. I was unsure about the GPUs and had doubts after reading reviews. My Prime trial expires tomorrow, so I need to grab something now if I want it before others do. I almost missed the MSRP for both a 5080 and 5090 a few weeks back. I ended up choosing the ASUS TUF OC 5080. It fits inside the case and is ready to go once the 1000W Corsair PSU arrives. That's a huge card, no exaggeration.
