My Microsoft Modern Camera is connected to my laptop and functions properly with Zoom, Teams, etc., but Windows Hello doesn't recognize it. I've turned off the laptop's built-in camera, yet Windows Hello still tries to use it—even when the lid is closed. Frustrating.
