Hey, for street play and faster kills, prioritize critical hit chance over raw health by death. It gives you more damage per hit, making your attacks more effective against enemies.

This adjustment reflects a shift in optimal strategies, and SMG will likely regain their critical role (crit percentages around 18-22%). For fast kills in non-mission PVE, aim for up to 60% crit chance—maximum is 60%, then allocate that into health at the moment of death. If you're tackling missions, keep some health on kill even without hitting the critical threshold.
