How do you achieve air cooling without a fan? I think the best option is to avoid water coolers. I'm looking for a heatsink with a fanless design, similar to the true 120. Unless I'm misunderstanding, the page you linked shows a heat sink with a fan. All heat sinks typically include a fan. You just need one that's quieter? The Cryorig C7 looks promising.

I understand it should be much quieter and work well for you.
The issue with the stock cooler is that it's too loud. I'm looking for something with air cooling and no fan.

I've heard it's silent and effective for your needs.

It came with the fan, but I think it's not necessary to use it. I plan to use just the heatsink and make it fanless. The highest point on this case is 140mm.
I wouldn't suggest that. It won't cool effectively because all the heat stays in place. This could actually raise the temperature of the CPU and make the case hotter. I really advise leaving the fan on the heatsink. The C7 I suggested is low-profile and should work well.
