Which direction should you push or pull for the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe?
Which direction should you push or pull for the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe?
So I have an EK Predator 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, and I am planning it to be placed on the top of my Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Chassis, so my question is what config is better for the cooling, push or pull??

THANKS IN ADVANCE!
Push and pull work similarly. Placing the fans at the top and setting them to pull makes cleaning the radiator simpler, though dust accumulation will be more noticeable.

Iver Hicarte: I own an EK Predator 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler and I’m considering mounting it on top of my Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Chassis. My question is, which cooling method—push or pull—is more effective? Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://postimg.org/image/quzu43lox/ Thanks ahead of time! I also covered this topic in the EK Predator 240 testing and review I did:
Mr Kagouris explains that pushing and pulling are essentially the same action. Running the fans on top and selecting pull mode helps clean the radiator more effectively, though it may lead to more dust accumulation. He also mentions that SP fans tend to be louder when pulled at high speeds. Despite this, he still prefers using pull mode for easier cleaning.
The Vardar fans included with the Predator units from EK are quite quiet. I can confirm that. I'm using Corsair's SP fans, and the only noticeable noise occurs when pulling at 2000 RPM. They also release heat from my case, which is around 30°C, so I have to increase the speed a bit. Most people don't reach such high fan speeds.
