Which CPU-Z and HWMonitor are better?
I know this question has probably been asked a lot before, but please give me some mercy😊 because I don't know which program is the best at showing the real core voltage. My BIOS says 1.4V, but HWMonitor says something between 1.225 and 1.235 when the computer is under load, or 1.36 to 1.37 when it's not working hard. On the other hand, CPU-Z shows about 1.37V under load but higher voltages like 1.508 to 1.528V when idle. So, which one is actually true? Is this normal behavior for my 11900K and Z590 Maximus Extreme?
